So, you want to know something about me...
Who am I? Nice to meet you, I am Laura! I was born in 30th January 1988, Agrigento, from what I heard a beautiful city in Sicily. "From what I heard" because apart from being born there I haven't done anything more. Due to my parents work we had to move in different places. At the moment I am in Nurember, Germany. I studied Computer Science in University and later on I attended a Master of Computer Graphic. I have always been attracted to the big world of Computer Graphic, so much that during my highschool I learnt by myself how to use Photoshop, actually I did not know how big this world was till I attended the Master. I worked for a Startup in Dublin, where I stayed there for almost a year and then I did different other internships in Chester (UK) and in Trento (Italy). After those internships I moved to Germany where I worked as a 3D Assistant Designer in Adidas. You can read what I did in these jobs inside my CV if you are interested. I literally love going to the cinema, I love the atmosphere of entering the room of the movie theater, and before that, I am fond of finding new trailers on YouTube. The waiting is stressful, because for these kind of things I am not that patience, but I am getting used to it. I think of myself as being determined and able to organize my work independently, however I found working in team a really good way to learn and share knowledge and it reminds me every day that I want to improve myself looking at the great things people makes around me. The knowledge I gained with every work experience I have done till now had broaden my horizon and had offered me the opportunity to adapt myself to new environments. I learnt how to use the resources I have in my cultural background and how to be flexible. I am open minded and as I said before, I am determined and willing to take on all changes. Moreover I am one of those people that try to figure out any problem with different solutions. I try to change perspective and even if sometimes I am stuck or bumped into a wall, I really try not to lose hope. I face every day with a smile. One of the thing I am most proud of it is that people always remember me as cheerful and caring. There is where my hobby for cooking come in handy. Sharing is caring. Below, you can find my CV. Enjoy
